BETWEEN SEASONS

This editorial traces the delicate moment when winter begins to loosen its grip and a softer, more playful energy comes into view. Set in Montenegro, the story follows a girl suspended in seasonal transition, moving from introspection toward lightness, spontaneity and renewal. Against the textured quiet of an old abandoned wooden house, the images carry a symbolic tension between stillness and awakening, memory and motion. What unfolds is less a dramatic transformation than a gentle emotional shift, where mood becomes the true protagonist and spring arrives first as a feeling.

The strength of the editorial lies in its atmosphere. There is curiosity here, but also restraint. Playfulness appears in fragments, in gesture, in styling, in the way the story slowly opens itself to brightness. Rather than announcing change, the images let it emerge naturally, capturing that in-between space where imagination begins to return and the body responds to the season before language does. Shot in Montenegro, with part of the series set inside an abandoned wooden house, the location adds a poetic undertone to the narrative, reinforcing the sense of passage, solitude and quiet rebirth.

Some transitions do not arrive loudly. They enter through mood, through light, through the soft recalibration of the self. This editorial captures that tender threshold, where winter’s stillness gives way to curiosity and spring begins to bloom not only in nature, but in the imagination. Set in Montenegro and shaped by the haunting beauty of an abandoned wooden house, the story unfolds as a quiet study in emotional awakening.
